Ingredients:
1 kilo potato
1 or 2 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups frying oil
Preparation:
1. Boil the potato, peel them and mash them
2. Place the egg in a shallow plate, mixed with salt and pepper and the bread crumbs in another shallow plate
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan
4. Shape a medium sized ball from the mashed potato and flatten it, dip it in the egg then in the bread crumbs
5. Fry the breaded potatoes in the hot oil until golden brown, then drain it on a kitchen towel to remove the excess oil
